LikedThe room was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly. The hotel is close to transport (metro) and a reasonable walk (less than 2 miles) to The Colosseum. There is a reasonably priced small supermarket nearby for water and snacks.
DislikedThe room was quite small, the bathroom had no ventilation, and the air conditioning didn't work so the room got very stuffy/humid. We were able to open the windows but the traffic would have been too loud to sleep and also let in mosquitos. We were glad that we were not there in the height of summer as it would have been unbearable. The area around the hotel was a little bit shabby so we felt a little bit nervous walking back at night. The breakfast was passable, but they ran out of some items quite early and the milk for cereal/coffee was not always fresh.

LikedThe people at the front desk were very helpful. I lived the patio bar downstairs. The location is great for Mateo, bus, and tram. We walked to the colosseum in 15 minutes.

LikedThe room was nice and large. The shower was a good size. Nice breakfast area with the breakfast having plenty of options. It is very close to a metro station.

LikedBreakfast was fine, but should open earlier. Both male receptionists were kind and helpful. The female receptionist was rude, disrespectful and of no help!
DislikedRoom temperature too hot. Ants on bathroom floor. Phone ringer did not ring, asked female receptionist to fix, said she would, but it didn’t happen. Noisy and buggy due to open windows to try to cool down room temperature because air conditioning not functioning. No ice available for icing injuries.

LikedHotel was nice enough nothing special
DislikedRestaurant was really nonexistent. 2meal choices in a small bar area. A lot of the time the bar was not staffed. Being scammed by the hotel receptionist. Booked a taxi for us to go the Campiano airport Driver arrived no taxi sign. Rear seat belts not working then took us to wrong airport having confirmed with him before getting into cab. Then demanded 100 euros to take us to correct airport. The same receptionist informed us yesterday it would take nearly 2 hours to walk to Trevi fountain we could get a taxi. We walked it in less than 30 mins
