Likedvery family friendly and comfortable. Very calming space. Lovely Staff in both the reception and the breakfast area. Hotel very clean.

LikedThe service is very flexible. I had my group dinner scheduled at 19:30, but I wanted to have it (alone) earlier and the waiter did it for me.

DislikedI have only one tiny complaint: it's a pity there were no scrambled eggs for breakfast.

LikedLocation was great, walking distance to the central station and the hotel was clean with good services. Check-in was quick and easy, same with check-out.

DislikedCould hear sounds from the street quite easily during the night.

LikedThe hotel is actually only about a 10 min walk from the Main Central station, however, the Lima Metro station is literally about 20 steps from the hotel door. The rooms are clean and have all the facilities ( kettle/ tea/ coffee) and toiletries required. If you need additional items you can just phone or go to Reception and they will give you them complimentary ( this includes shaving, dental , vanity kits, slippers etc) . There is a fridge in the room which has some items too purchase but you can utilise it to put your own stuff. There is no iron in the room but they do have a specific ironing room which is accessible with your room key card. Buffet breakfast is exceptional, although similar daily , there is much choice. The safe in the room is a real highlight as it’s behind the picture frame. I loved this innovation. My stay was fantastic and all the staff were very helpful. I just want to mention that it seems I was helped by Alessia mostly who went over and her above her duties in assisting me with directions and advice. She is an asset to your hotel and staff like her reflect a true image of what first class customer service is. Although, all the staff were exceptional, she was outstanding. Grazie

DislikedThe gym is 24/7 and is adequate with the equipment offered, however, there is not much free weights which would enhance the gym facilities. Also, the hotel tv channel needs to be updated to reflect that the laundry machine is unavailable anymore, safe buying laundry detergent unnecessarily.
