Best Western Hotel Rivoli

DislikedThe description of the hotel says that there is a fitness facility, but it doesn’t say that the use of the facility would cost 20€ per day. I booked this hotel as it had a fitness room, and the charge was not a nice surprise.

LikedI appreciated the breakfast provided, although it fell slightly short of the expectations I would typically have for a four-star hotel. Nevertheless, it was still quite good, offering a decent selection of options that were enjoyable. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities, contributing to a satisfactory stay. Overall, while the breakfast could have been improved, it still added positively to my experience, accounting for approximately 75% of my satisfaction during my stay.

For instance, there might have been issues with room cleanliness or maintenance that detracted from the overall experience. In terms of improvement, enhancing the breakfast offerings with fresher and more diverse options would be beneficial. Furthermore, ensuring that rooms are thoroughly cleaned and well-equipped with amenities would enhance guest satisfaction. These adjustments could significantly elevate the overall experience for guests staying at the hotel.

LikedFriendly and helpful staff, quiet area, comfy bed and nice room. Bathroom was large and clean. Coffee was replenished each day. Very much enjoyed our stay

DislikedThe bed was awful. I specifically looked for a queen mattress, and I thought I was getting a queen mattress. I got two cheap twin mattresses on one foundation, and I was never comfortable. The mattresses would scoot apart at night and you would fall into the gap..

DislikedBed / or the mattrass was broken , staff changed the mattress changed, but this not help' No air condition in the room, not worked heating radiator in the bath. Very dark room without window, just small door to small terrace.
