This is a clean, quiet, safe, comfortable hotel located just out of the main tourist area, about a 25 minute walk to Piazza del Popolo. We found it very accessible and easy to navigate to by bus and walkable for activities in the northern part of the city centre. It was nice staying in an area more populated by locals because it felt like we got to experience a taste of authentic Roman neighborhood life. There are some good bars and restaurants tucked away in the area that seem to be popular with locals. The hotel staff were pleasant and professional. The rooms were cleaned everyday. We enjoyed the free drinks in the mini fridge, replaced each day. The shower pressure was great and the water was sufficiently hot. The room was small but comfortable for two people. Thank you for the great stay!

Room was clean and spacious. Professional staff with a very friendly nature. Close to bus stops. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants in the area. We didn't experience any of the negative reviews of other travelers. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, but can make some adjustment to improve. The bathroom in our room smelled like raw sewage.give me headache. But overall staff were nice.

DislikedStaff, especially at breakfast, was very unfriendly. We were a family of 4 and were not allowed to put the tables together. Also the guy at the reception wasn’t very friendly. The lady was.
