LikedThe cleanliness, the lady at the breakfast was very attentive and sweet.
DislikedThe rooms were really hot… The front desk employee during our ckeck in on our second stay wasn’t polite at all…

LikedWell located directly across from the side entrance to the main railway station in Turin, and rooms are enormous by Europe standards

LikedPretty nice hotel. I don't know how other rooms look, but the room with the jacuzzi on the top floor was nice. Breakfast was okay. There was not much warm food to choose from, but the pancakes were great!
DislikedThe room door was loose. It was making a big noise every time someone around would shut their door. This was annoying and disturbed our sleep. The location is pretty okay. It's convenient to walk around downtown by foot, but it's right beside the train station, which means there are quite a few homeless people around the hotel. It wasn't too cozy to walk around them.
