LikedThe mattress was very hard. Its quality was cheap. I complained about a change to place a top mattress but it didn't. The hotel is 4 stars and this quality of mattress is not justified

DislikedThe room was dirty. I’m afraid of spiders and I told in the reception for 3 days straight that I want room service to remove spider webs in my room. It didn’t happen till the day of my leaving.
