LikedLocation to the main attractions was great. Breakfast was delicious, room very spacious and comfortable. Room exceeded expectations, large sitting area, kind size bed, walking closet and large bathroom. This would be considered a junior suite. Staff very friendly and helpful.
DislikedRoom was warm because heater was on, we asked front desk to turn off and did so immediately. We opened the balcony doors and it was nice and cool.

LikedWe wanted somewhere that was comfortable, quiet and close to things, and Diva Luxury didn't disappoint. The rooms were spacious and quiet and the included breakfast was good. The staff were all very professional. Everything was within walking distance, and the nearest tour bus (big red bus etc) was 20 metres down the road.

Likedthe room was quiet, clean and comfortable. the receptionist was helpful and kind. The breakfast was always perfect and the lady who served us was always so cheerful and pleasant. The location was near the Spanish Steps and about a mile to the Coliseum.
DislikedThe only negative I can think of is that the property was a hike to get back to when we were walking around in Rome.
