LikedVincenzo was very lovely and accommodating during the stay. He helped out with lots of information about the local bus system and very willing to assist with any activities and local recommendations. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely too!

DislikedThe walls are quite thin so you can hear alot of chatter from neighbours but otherwise it was such a great stay! Would definitely recommend for other travellers.

LikedGreat property just down the a quiet street from the cathedral. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the staff were wonderful.

DislikedNothing - of course it would be nice to have the toilet in the unit, but the shower and vanity were the correct choice.

LikedGreat location, right in the center of Florence in a beautiful old building. The price and location are unbeatable. I will be happy to stay there again:)

LikedThe building has a character , renaissance atmosphere, with 400 year history. Very High ceilings, large living room with antiques: cabinets, music box, tables, frescoes.

DislikedThere is only one shared bathroom and one shower between 6 rooms on the floor. By the entrance no sign of the hotel ( as explained by the host, who is a very welcome person, that the local legislation request). If you're arriving late, make sure to have the phone charged to make a call. The main entrance gate is automatically closed and if your phone battery dies( like happened in my case) there isn't any facility to contact the reception. The hotel reception is on the 3rd floor.
