LikedIt was clean, good water and toiletries in the room

DislikedThe room view the roadway, and despite being on the 4th floor it was not possible to sleep. The air conditioner didn't work. I ordered a room with windows to the courtyard, they didn’t give me... All the walls are covered with tapestries - people with allergies won’t like it. $145 per night...

Really super hotel. Will return. It’s in a great, safe and quiet area. And yet soooo central. One bus and you can go to any corner of rome. Really nice restaurants around and it was a super stay! Thank you

Likedthe room was big and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is located near excellent local restaurants away from the touristy spots .

Dislikedour room had a little issue with the plumbing , the toilet kept running and the bath tub would clog. they only provide you with coffee the first day..... for the money we paid we could have utleast had coffee in the room each morning.

LikedThere wasn't any breakfast available even for purchase It was hot - other guests in lift mentioned it. No one responded to repeated calls the first evening, then made us wait an hour for a fan Albeit a quiet room was requested, they carried out noisy renovation of neighbouring room with workers occupying lift.

DislikedGiven the infractions, they could have been at least mildly apologetic but opted to treat the guest as the bad guy for mentioning deficiencies

LikedThe location was a little far from the historic sites. The room was tiny and noisy. We had a room near the roof that had the whole heating and a/c mechanics outside our room and it ran very loud.
