LikedThere wasn't any breakfast available even for purchase It was hot - other guests in lift mentioned it. No one responded to repeated calls the first evening, then made us wait an hour for a fan Albeit a quiet room was requested, they carried out noisy renovation of neighbouring room with workers occupying lift.
DislikedGiven the infractions, they could have been at least mildly apologetic but opted to treat the guest as the bad guy for mentioning deficiencies

LikedThe location was a little far from the historic sites. The room was tiny and noisy. We had a room near the roof that had the whole heating and a/c mechanics outside our room and it ran very loud.

LikedJust the perfect location to go around famous sites by walking. The hotel is simply amazing, love the amenities and the staffs are just so helpful. The room was super clean and comfy with all of the right size of area and amenities. Stunning!
