LikedOn entrance the reception the staff were very welcoming. The hotel and facilities are great. The breakfast and evening menu the food is to a exceptional standard. The room and bedding cleanliness are exceptional. Would recommend to anyone to stay

LikedThe hotel is great and the rooms are large and confortable. The hotel has a parking lot if you arrive by car. The restaurant is good and the breakfast is also good. I have travelled with my family and the room was very good and cosy for 4 people.

DislikedThe location of the hotel is not very good. Lucca is a small city, but the hotel is located very far from the historical center. It is necessary to go by car or by bus to visit the main tourist attractions.

LikedOne of the best hotel rooms we've ever had. Very spacious ( and it was only 'standard' double), wood floors (not carpet), duvet (not sheets), bench to lay out two overnight bags (not only one which is normal), kettle in the room, enormous bed, all immaculately clean. Superb breakfast for 10 Euros . Easy parking on the spot.

DislikedThe hotel is some way from the town, you have to go by car to dine in Lucca. But the hotel restaurant is quite acceptable.

Modern hotel 2,5 km from the city center. Wi-Fi ok but a bit cumbersome the double authentication. Airco, safe, fridge (complimentary water), iron board, hair dryer. Staff helpful, room and bathroom of decent size and very clean. Gym (access very limited to Covid). Rich breakfast (English and continental) served. Free open air car parking in the back. Exceptional price quality ratio.
