It is not worth it. it is very expensive for a useless balcony. location is very noisy. we searched and selected this hotel for parking lot. But hotel did not provide it. but we have to find and pay for outside parking by ourselves.

LikedThe property is close to the metro and with easy access. Very clean room, and welcoming.

LikedThe breakfast was lovely.
DislikedThe desk staff were so rude. 3 times. They gave us room 904. No directions were given. We took the lift up to the top floor with our bags and young daughter. We then found our room to be on the ground floor. This morning at checkout, I was being served by one staff member. She then served the lady behind me ignoring me. Another staff member then assisted me at checkout. Disgusting customer service. The room was dirty with the last guest hair on the shower wall. My daughter's put up bed was broken. The shower was very weak. Overall a huge disappointment for Best Western. We have stayed at various BW hotels and this one was horrible.

LikedBreakfast was good, with nice selection of baking and lovely. Room was spacious, and clean. Service in the restaurant was very good.
DislikedWe were located in a room for disable person, so bathroom was specially fitted for that reason, with high toilet , bars ect. Shower need repair. It wasn't bathroom I would like to have on holiday. We Went for lunch in hotel once, but food selection wasn't good, for that we didn't try dinner there.
