Stayed in Rome for 2 nights with our teenage children. The room had 2 queen beds and was very clean. Also had a mini fridge, bathroom with toilet and bidet and a spacious shower. The balcony overlooked the street and other apartment buildings. There are lots of restaurants in walking distance, however getting to historic downtown area is quite a trek. We did it a couple times but you’d be better off getting a taxi. Staff are fluent in English. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal and definitely a highlight for us. Hot American style food (but better because it’s pancetta instead of bacon), fresh fruit, a whole section of jams and honeys and Nutella in a large pump jar. Plus a huge assortment of fresh pastries and someone at the counter to make you espresso and cappuccino. Was much more affordable than hotels in the downtown core - would definitely go back again.

We had room with balcony on quiet street with plenty of trees. The hotel is located in quiet residential area. Subway was close enough 9 min walk. Lidl supermarket within walking distance. Room was good and building has tiny elevator for 3 - 4 people. Safe was not working in the room and pillows were very hard. There is a refrigerator in the room with free bottles of water. Air-conditioned room.

LikedLocation of the property is about 20-23 mins walk from Termini station and also you can take a direct bus to/from the hotel. Room was clean and the size of the room was fare enough. Breakfast was limited , but the quality was good.

DislikedRooms are not sound proof at all and my room was next to the lift and I woke up several times during the midnight due to the noises from outside. limited breakfast items and breads.

LikedBreakfast was very good. A lot of variety, coffee and juice was unlimited. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is very close to the bus stop and one ride to get to the Termini station. Wifi was very good and fast.The female receptionist was nice, beautiful and kind.

DislikedThe elevator was very tiny. Our luggage can hardly fit in. The gentleman at the reception was not friendly and not helpful when we asked him for direction how to get to the Termini station.
