LikedThe hotel is clean and nice a very close to Milano Centrale Station, which makes it perfect logistically when you got an early train.
DislikedThe staff at reception was weird and almost creepy.. I had to request to different people for my take away breakfast (because of the early train) as they were all telling me different things.

staff are nice and room is clean. location very close to train station, easy to access to main location of travel spot. we had a great stay here.
