LikedAn elegant little hotel smack dab in the middle of everything. Breakfast was exceptional-perfect fresh hot croissants to the full array of anything you’d want. Very pleasant responsive staff. Galleries, churches, museums and great restaurants all within walking distance … (Extraordinary exhibitions 10 minutes away, and a fantastic high tech food court building around the corner in the middle of the market.)

DislikedIssues with credit card prior to booking. Separate single mattress beds were awkward to sleep on. Also sinks were slow to drain.

DislikedBreakfast basically limited choice probably the worst breakfast I had in a 4star hotel. This is the worst 4 star hotel I have stayed in. Plumbing extremely noisy. Ask for beer from bar none go to our sister hotel 30 yards away same if u wished a coffee

DislikedRoom 273 facilities very poor. No bottled water, the duvet cover did not cover the duvet (a hygiene issue). The safe did not work. Was a very poor room.
