At Home Bed And Breakfast

LikedThe breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. The location is very good, with easy access to all of the interesting places to see and visit.

DislikedI'm an older American citizen and I don't speak Italian very well. I found it difficult to communicate with the property owner to get access to the accommodations. I don't recall any information/directions that was available on the B&B website as to what I needed to do when I arrived. I didn't like not having someone available at the apartment to greet me. A nice woman who lives in the building happened to be there when I arrived, and she assisted me in contacting the apartment manager. I had no idea what I was supposed to do when I arrived.

LikedThe location of this accommodation is absolutely great. We managed to get the room with window to the anfiteatro. There was live music to raise the atmosphere. We really enjoyed!

DislikedMaybe the bed would be better.

DislikedWi-Fi was very sporadic. Host came over to check it out and said it was working fine. Later I had to stop two different calls and move to cellular because WiFi cuts in and out. This makes productive work impossible so maybe a mesh network would help. There were also a few hairs in the shower floor when I used the shower. Otherwise a very clean apartment and nice space.

LikedMarco's management. Early check in. Room size. Building security. Flyscreens on windows. Quiet neighbours. Great location directly opposite Bistro St Bartholomeo which is a great restaurant. 3rd floor view of Lucca. V close to Piazza dell Anfitretro.

DislikedBottle collection and rubbish collection by local council very noisy. But it has to be done.
