LikedThe first thing I really appreciated is that they let me to check in earlier. Secondly, the room was very clean and they did the cleaning every day. The location is great - it’s only 5-8 minutes walk to all main Florence attractions. It is also very dark and quiet in the room and we had a very good sleep after all day walking.

DislikedI can’t say that there was something I didn’t like, probably the facilities are a little bit outdated, but everything works fine.

LikedVery clean room. Room is cleaned everyday between 12:00/14:00 so they don’t disturb you in the morning. They clean the whole room and you get new towels every day. The airconditioning worked perfect and everything was working as it should. The location is perfect close to metro and train station and every monument is doable by foot from the room. The host is very nice and kind and is always there if you need help or have any questions. It’s not the biggest and newest room but you can see that on the photos but it’s clean comfortable and for a good price on a amazing location . It’s quiet in the night so you can get a good night sleep. The women who left a 1 star review from Spain we met because she was screaming at everyone and was a unreasonable person , don’t listen to her review and if you want a nice clean space to stay during your time in Rome we definitely recommend a stay here.
