LikedThe room was large. and well decorated. They left us a nice bottle of fizz. The location was superb . Everything within walking distance and easy access from the port and taxi to the airport.

DislikedThe 4 star hotel is not a 4 star hotel it is a nice bed and breakfast nothing more. It has no facilities'. No bar or lounge . The Hotel is split over 2 floors. The breakfast was a poor quality and expensive for what was on offer. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and had a plastic sheet . It was loud and noisy depending on room. Our friends were situated off the reception and were kept awake by phones ringing and people coming in and out of the reception. This is a glorified B&B and over priced for what it is.

LikedThe location is fabulous and the staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Paolo did recommend a few restaurants, which were great. The decor is also lovely with some nice antiques and drawings from Naples. Having a kettle in the room was great as I love a cup of tea after a long day exploring.

DislikedSomething little: pillows were a bit too low and not fluffy enough for my taste.
