LikedBreakfast was ok and also the entrance of the hotel was not bad. Personnel is extremely nice and helpful.

DislikedThe room was small. The entrance of the hotel was ok but the rooms and corridor were not so clean, there was some dust and everything in the room was old. There are almost no services in the room. I asked for an iron and I was given a very old one that had plastic on it and ruined my dress.

DislikedThe beds were awfully uncomfortable, the rooms didn’t have Wi-Fi available, at check-in no information was given about breakfast or what was available at the hotel. For a 4 stars hotel, the conditions were deplorable with a lot of aspects of the room needing reparation and restoration.

DislikedWindow nets would have be nice. There was a mosquito in the room, so it was hard to sleep.
