LikedNice design overall. Loved the tablet that controls everything. Staff were great. Spacious rooms.

DislikedWas surprised to see 130 euro charge to park/charge our car for one night, which is far more expensive than other hotels. Rooms could be better maintained. There are panels on the wall that light up bright blue that made it hard to sleep. Shower smelled like mold and room smelled like paint mixed with perfume. Bathtub too small for two people.

LikedBasically nothing. It is pretty used up property, no welcoming lobby, very dark corridors, reminds an 3 or 4 star airport hotel. The only advantage is it is close to the La Scala.

DislikedDon’t book this hotel! Total waste of money and huge disappointment! I booked one night for >1000 Euro per night at the weekend and explicitly asked for a quite room. The hotel promised to fulfill my request. To my surprise, I got the room over the night club which played music till 3 am in the morning. The hotel offered me to move to another floor at midnight because they could not do anything about the music. I declined their offer. I barely slept 2 hours. They totally ruined all the nice evening we hat in Milan. In addition, I booked a valet-service for 70 Euros at the hotel. When I received my car back the settings like navigation, music, and sits in my car were changed. I don’t understand why the settings were changed. I was assured the parking the hotel use, is around a corner. I was not asked/contacted for my permission to change the car settings. So far it has been the WORST five star hotel I have been in the past 15 years and I visited the most of them around the globe. I don't recommend this hotel!
