DislikedNot so clean room, no refrigerator or tea kettle in room, no heater that I could turn on or off myself, no hair dryer in room, wifi weak

LikedThe room was clean.

DislikedIt was super cold. I ran the heater for two hours and the temperature hardly changed. The noise from the heater was vey loud as well. So, I left. I asked the guy to come and he said the noise was normal for the unit (it is so loud it would be hard to sleep) and that it was working properly.

LikedNice big room, very clean, comfortable bed, and access to several streaming TV services. Also the staff are always great and attentive, and had my room ready for me, despite my arriving slightly earlier than the normal check in time.
