Argentiere Room Apartments

LikedThe rooms are big and comfortable for 2 to 3 people. Bathroom was huge and clean. Checkin and checkout process is simple and convenient. Lena and her staff were really helpful throughout our stay. They have a common dining area that's got coffee machines and microwaves etc. The bus stop is really close to the property. Excellent place to stay if you're travelling with family or with friends!

DislikedThe bathroom door lock was broken / not working, so we had to do a bit of adjustment. This needs to be fixed. The lobby outdoor smelled really bad, not sure why.

LikedThe property was away from the hustle and bustle and quiet yet so close to Florence. Close to bus and local markets as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and our host was incredibly attentive throughout our time there. They even assisted us in coordinating with a local taxi driver to ensure a smooth journey to the apartment.

DislikedOverall there wasn't anything in particular we didn't like, as a suggestion it would have been nice to have some basic condiments in the apartment tea, coffee and milk.

LikedThe staff was friendly, and the apartment was well-equipped, spacious and clean. Since the room was already available, they let us check in earlier and also check out one hour later at no extra cost.

DislikedOur bathtub didn't have a drain plug, and unfortunately, they could not find one during our stay. Also, this is not their fault, but the buses that take you to the touristy part of the city are not very frequent (and often not on time), especially on the weekends.

LikedEvery thing was organized, rooms were clean. But utensils were not clean, water heater was dirty. But over all it was nice and cozy.
