LikedClean. Modern but very authentic to the culture. Quiet in the middle of the city centre.

DislikedElevator does not go down to ground floor actually. The elevator is really small so could not fit our American stroller in there but that is not big deal. The hotel was kind enough to keep it in the lobby.

Likedlocation was 10/10 close to city centre but off the main streets - the bedroom was large and bright with french windows on 2 sides. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the lady on reception who seemed to know Milan inside out.

DislikedConsidering we booked a suite the bathroom was tiny without a bath which was disappointing, the wardrope space was totally inadequate and we ended up leaving a lot of stuff unpacked.

LikedFantastic staff, great central location and…best of all, a private garden terrace to escape the crowds and enjoy a lovely breakfast.

LikedAll the staff were so helpful and polite. The service was excellent and the room very clean and spacious.

LikedOur room was spacious. And had big windows which is nice. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. It was quite hard to find the hotel as it is hidden in a small street with a tiny sign on the doorbell. Breakfast was good, served by the cook who bakes a very nice pound cake Location excellent.

DislikedThe bathroom. It was not very nice and had no window. Our friends got a tiny room with a big terrace but the whether was not nice enough to use it. They are very disappointed. There is no place to sit in the tiny lobby which necessary when you are wait g for others to come down. The breakfast area lacks charm, we felt as if in a school refectory.
