LikedBed/matras was good. Breakfast too.

LikedIt is really close to Milano Centrale train station and the breakfast was good.

DislikedNeeds deep cleaning and renovation. In the current state, it is far from being a 4* hotel.

LikedComfortable and clean room. Staff helpful when asked for local info.

DislikedTv wasn’t working and had to ask for kettle and mugs. Also shower needed a bit of Draino!

LikedEasy walk to/from Milan Central station. Very close to No1 (historic) tram stop. The ladies on staff at breakfast time were like a ray of sunshine for the day….they were all lovely! Takeaway breakfast prepared for our last morning was fantastic, thank you

LikedLocation and the friendly staff

DislikedWe stayed half board and the menus was the same for all 3 nights so had to eat the same food each night door’s shut on reception at night and no- one told us as we had stayed out luckily a member of staff came to let us in
