LikedBeautiful rooms, with painted walls and enough space, interesting way of naming the rooms, good breakfast. Great location, close to the city centre and the train station.

The hotel is in a good location and walkable to many of the sightes Lucca has to offer. It is also a 10 min walk from the station. There is a carpark available but only free if booked directly with the hotel, otherwise it was €20 per night. However, the staff was so friendly and offered cheaper alternatives (all within 10-15min walk). Upon checking in, we asked if the room was quiet and was informed we were obviously in the annex building. The staff member was so accomodating and moved us from the annex and gave us a room in the hotel which was perfect. The hotel was wondeful and the staff was so friendly and always willing to help. I would stay again.

LikedI did think twice after booking but no need the property is in the best location easy walk from the station 6 mins and 20 metres from piazza napoleon through “the wall”

LikedThe staff were all fantastic, very friendly and helpful, especially Alesia and Nicole. We enjoyed the choices at breakfast and having a glass of wine in the garden before dinner. Even though we were staying in the annex, the room was perfect. We received very good recommendations for dinner from Nicolo too. The location of the Albergo was perfect for exploring the city as well as attending the Puccini concert.

LikedFriendly, cosy and welcoming. Very convenient to the railway station. Breakfast good and well presented. Great eating nearby.
DislikedThought our mattress was too hard but this is only my opinion and not a real issue overall.
