Likedi didn’t like it whatsoever,staff are friendly and cleaner lady was amazing
DislikedBed was uncomfortable.Mini bar wasn’t working .first day arrived TV wasn’t working .It’s over priced and not for that accommodation . The walls had a mark on it. Honestly they should not give this kind of room to anyone .They can check the room so many marks on the wall .Even single bed by the TV all marks on the wall. That hotel I would never ever will stay there.

LikedThe location was the only good thing about this hotel. You are able to walk out of the hotel and be in San Marco Square. Everything besides the location for this hotel was terrible. Do not stay here!
DislikedOur hotel room had no hot water over our 4 day stay. Staff was told on multiple occasions and never fixed the problem or offered alternatives to proved hot water. The bed was as hard as a rock and warped in the center. Worst hotel ever. Do not book here!
