LikedThe location is a walk distance to the conference centre and there is a metro station two minutes away. The floors were clean.

DislikedThere is no way this is a four star hotel, impossible. It is quite run-down (e.g., holes in walls), and the decor might not suit everybody (F1 + cars + James Bond styles). During the night, you could hear the elevators all the time, it is impossible to sleep. The shower is so tiny, you can hardly turn when inside. The place for breakfast is too small too, there are 30 people sitting where 15 people should be. Definitely not worth the money.

LikedQuirky decor and great staff , close to the metro in a less touristy area. Big room with a balcony and nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable

DislikedHard pillows , soundproofing could be a bit better as could the air con , states refurbed in 2019 but our room air-con was not effective and tv signal poor ,If it had been summer we would have reported it

LikedThe design of every room, each one with a different topic/celebrity. The staff very kind. The room very clean and is literally at 5 min walk from CityLife so a great, great location!

DislikedMaybe the bathroom was a bit tiny. But not so uncomfortable. So anyway there is no reason not to come back. Doesn't impact to the hole impression.
