LikedThe 1-man room was located on a beautiful terrace without any neighbours close by, maybe I was lucky with the booking. Staff was friendly, and all facilities had a nice aesthetic. Centrally located within the city.

LikedImpeccable service by all staff members made stay enjoyable. Our first room had issues with cooling. Unfortunately they were fully booked so unable to move us until next day. The rooms and public areas are tastefully decorated. Free filtered water and coffee available all day. Excellent breakfast service by Lucca and other staff members. They remember our drink preferences just like on a cruise ship. We liked they location, just minutes from train and bus stations. Lots of dining options nearby. 10 to 15 walk to all major sights and churches.
DislikedRoom cooling did not work on first day.
