DislikedLocation is a bit far if u dont have a car + we were only able to check in 30 mintues after check in, 3 pm is already late and we had to wait for 30 minutes

LikedRoom was clean and tidy. Location very good Buffet breakfast was nice, although a single coffee machine caused unnecessary problems

DislikedAircon was not working due to a regional ban which was not expected Pool was closed Roof terrace not open Public areas of the building were dirty - corridor just needed a good vacuum. Reception staff unhelpful, especially when I queries that the aircon was not working - no resolution offered or considered. A number of the bathroom facilities were hanging off the wall.

LikedLocation, and it was a gated hotel.

DislikedLack of Air conditioning which was repaired 2x but still didnt work, lack of servicing rooms, staff not overly friendly.
