Its near to train station and very convenient to go to vernice from there. It has a guest kitchen and laundry at ground floor.

LikedThe room was spacious to open a big suitecase. Also, the location is good for Mestre bus station and a bus stop going to Venice.
DislikedAir conditioner did not work. Also, we heard other guests talking very loud almost until 11:00pm. They were not talking in the corridor, so it seems the wall is not thick enough.

DislikedBeds were single beds not a twin, windows pointing towards main street with construction going on, no air con even though they write it is there it is not informed that it only works in the summer. Couldnt ever contact with customer support to change, modify, cancel the room. Took 4 days for them to even come up with the answer and even after all hustle refused to refund cancel the stay, horrible wouldnt recommend, rather pay extra to dtay some other place
