In addition to the detailed review, I want to mention that many of the visitors had to wait for almost 3 hours to get our room since the previous guests did not vacate the rooms. The reception staff kept on giving bluffing excuses. My checkin time was 2pm but got the room by 04:30pm. Very very disaapointed. Never recommend this hotel to anyone.

LikedThe location probably. The bed was very comfortable.

DislikedThe restaurant was extremely bad. They were just not prepared for managing the crowd during school vacation season. There were 4-5 waiters for a jam packed breakfast time. We did not even get water and paper towel or napkins on our tables, despite asking them multiple times. One chef managing the live counter could not cater to the requirement. Tables were very unclean. The food in buffet got over but it took quite some time to replenish it. When food arrives then plates, bowls wouldn't be available. The manager did not even know how to answer the frustrated customers. Overall a worst experience in a long time.
