Our family of 4 booked 2 separate rooms and although the rooms were small, it had everything we needed! The breakfast was great also!

LikedI liked that the location of the hotel was easy to find. The view was also nice, made me think Tokyo needs more trees in the downtown though :)
DislikedThe breakfast was rather poor, or i couldn't find anything for my taste. The amenities in general were also poor, there was some in the desk next to the reception, but there was not any in the room.

DislikedStaff, particularly one of the younger female staff didn't have a particularly good attitude and did not sound welcoming. No water provided. Lifts would take a while.

LikedGood location in Ueno, close to the airport train and museums. Super clean. The rooms are small, but more spacious than I expected as they are well designed to use space efficiently.
