LikedLocation was close to the tube station and the theatre we attended We were told to wait in lounge until 1500 but were given the room at 1430 The room cleaning service was excellent with little personal touches
DislikedBreakfast was a total disappointment (bacon was dry couldn't cut) sausage tasteless & a huge piece of black pudding. Unremarkable bread and eggs. Bill was wrong (two days breakfast added though we had only on one day). Amended bill (couldn't be printed then) wasn't emailed to me as promised - I had to call for it few days later - it was not on headed paper so couldn't claim as expenses.

LikedWe had such a warm welcome from door staff and reception which continued throughout our stay.Delighted on arrival to learn our room was upgraded. We felt it was a special experience to stay in such a beautiful hotel but it also had such a homely feel.
DislikedDisappointed to be only staying for one night ...would definitely like a return trip to stay here.
