LikedRooms were good and spacious for a family. Great shower pressure also.

DislikedIt was very disappointing in our first room that the air conditioning didn’t work - when we told them they said it was under maintenance but then did move us to another room. Just seems weird they put us in the room knowing it wasn’t working. The wifi stopped working during our last 2 days and there didn’t appear to be any urgency to fix it. So we just had to go without it. I left one of my ear pods in the first room we were placed and I realised on the last day but they didn’t have any care at all to help me retrieve it despite the fact I could still it on my phone. Totally my fault for leaving it in there but if we hadn’t had to move rooms so quickly I probably wouldn’t have lost it! When I asked them to find it - they said they wouldn’t post it at my cost. It just seems like really bad customer service. We did have a good holiday and the pool was good but one pool was closed and there was heaps of very loud maintenance work being done. We probably would choose somewhere else next time as I think maybe we just had some bad luck this time around!

DislikedStank of weed when out on the balcony, No playing ball games or inflatables between 12-4pm which is a bit rubbish for a family hotel. Annimation staff were ok, but games were really poor. After day 3 the restaurant was closed as they decided now ould be a good time to dig up the rastaurant and seating area, meaning drilling and loud noise for 3 days, and no restaurant facilities to use. Decking area was ripped up during breakfast, therefore, no access for the pram, so had to carry down the stairs. Rooms cleaned once a week. (if you could call it cleaned) very poor. No dustpan and brush in room, so how can you keep it clean when the hotel only come around once a week? Air con does not work. They came out and the temperature in the room was 26 degrees. The air con guy put the probe into the aircon unit and it showed 19 degrees. lol. I would not have been able to cope had it been warmer, so avoid if going in the summer. Pool closed early on a couple of days for maintenance and evening entertainment at 4-30pm Breakfast... Dirty table and chairs, so bring your own anti bac wipes and clean it yourself. Little choice if you want breakfast at 9-30am Never any ketchup, so again bring your own

LikedIt was a beautiful hotel. well maintained and clean. we got upgraded to pool and sea view it was beautiful. the apartment was beautiful well equipped. The verandah was lovely and big. only problem was we found bed hard after a few hours. we had to get up and sit in the lounge room on settee.

Dislikedbed was a bit uncomfortable after a few hours.
