LikedThe pool area was really nice with plenty of places to sit and a lovely view of the Ocean. Location was central. The staff here were great too, really friendly and even printed our visas for us for our next stop - which was really appreciated! Would definitely recommend. NIE, NAM, HUY, KHANH The receptionists were very kind and helpful, and even when we had some issues they were able to solve them in a best way possible.

DislikedLocation is not so close to see the sea. You can see it a bit from the roof. It’s not so easy to find a hotel in the street, and don't have the signboard. We still wish the breakfast would be better a bit

The room does not match the photo... My room number is 2310. Check in is 21/may Check out is 24/may. And I special request check out by 13:00pm. Staff nó access. What is the services.

Well located with the beach just across the road. Polite and friendly staff at the reception especially Ms Van and Ms Khanh, who were most helpful to us when we checked out. Need to have water dispensers at the hotel, it was still providing plastic bottles to guests. Also, the road in front of the hotel is narrow, hard for taxis to drive in.

Staff is very supportive & helpful. Breakfast is with lot of options and very tasty. I have booked senior Deluxe Sea Facing room and which is amazing to stay in. Will Be back when get the chance.
