The kindness and proactive assistance from the hotel staff turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one, showing their commitment to guest satisfaction. This helpful attitude was evident throughout my stay. As for the accommodations, the room met all my expectations. It was impeccably clean, and the minibar was well-stocked. Overall, Hotel Mediterran proved to be a perfect choice, blending excellent customer service with high-quality amenities. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable experience.

LikedThe hotel is great, it is extremely clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. The hotel is perfectly located and close to the city center. The breakfast was also excellent. All praise for this hotel and my personal recommendation.
