LikedChristina was really helpful on reception. She gave us lots of helpful information about the area and local transport and recommended places to eat. The hotel is very near a water bus station.

LikedExcellent location is quiet Murano. Breakfast was good; great coffee. It was reasonably priced, considering how expensive accommodations are in Venice.

DislikedThe room had a musty smell. It was a bit small for two people - we had to coordinate walking around the beds, and close the closet doors/drawers to do so. Wifi did not reach our room (room 3 downstairs); we had to go out in the hallway to get internet.

I would not stay here again. Staff was not helpful or friendly, ambivilant at best. Room was super small, had to walk sideways to get out of bed Bathroom was tiny as well. There were other serious issues which I will not get into, but I am not a fussy person and found it unacceptable.

LikedI found everything I need in the room. Though there might have been coffee for all the day not just in breakfast.

DislikedThe reception being closed sometimes. The price was high because of the Venice Biennial Week. Normally I would pay 60-80 EU for such hotel.
