LikedLiterally nothing, worst hotel in Rome even though was 4 stars nothing was good.

Disliked1. No sockets close to the tables or bad. 2. Staff super rude and not helpful (didn't even provide a long cable to charge mobile phones). 3. The pool was a completely SCAM they told that should be open in June and from 1-3 of June no pool. 4. Breakfast looks good but the taste was old and pretty sure it was. 5. Location super far away from Rome do not stay there if you have flights super early otherwise you will spend a lot in Uber... To be fair 118 bus goes straight forward to city center (40-45 minutes). 6. City taxes not included which means add 7 EUR per person per day. 7. Several times the cleaning lady invaded the room when we were there no sign to put to clean or not. 8. Shower was awful looks like they were cutting water or something almost no water came out in the shower.

LikedClean and close to bus station

DislikedThe phone in the room does not work. There wasn't any drinking water or mine bar in the room. The morning breakfast buffet is limited to eggs, sausages, and bacon. The receptionist said you have to pay by cash only for the restaurant or the bar. On the check out, there wasn't anyone to help me with my luggage and the receptionist said help can offer only at night.

LikedThe staff was very helpful. But at one point a lot of people came the receptionist just left us.

DislikedThe room was falling apart and when you turned the AC on it smelled like cigarettes smoke. There no power outlet by the bed to charge your phone. Very annoying.

DislikedEverything property wasnt as it seemed had no pool and didnt look anything like the pictures disgraceful ruined our holiday booked it cause it had a pool And it didnt have one could have booked nearer the centre but opted for this as it had a pool and we couldnt find it anywhere staff said it was under maintenance

The page indicates hotel will have swimming pool, restaurant and airport transport and it has none. The hotel blames agoda, agoda blames the hotel. Simply appalled!
