Booked the 2 bedroom apartment. Checking in took forever. Even if there were a crowd, being a renowned hotel, this shouldn't be an excuse for the long waiting check in process. Asked for high floor and non smoking room. Guess what? All of the opposite were given. Got the room on the 1st floor and upon walking in, the living area and king bedroom smelt full of cigarettes smell. Mind you this room actually does have a balcony with seating area. Made a request to change room but was declined, "We're fully booked, it's the weekend." They gave an air freshner. Did it worked? Not even the slightest. The smell was still there. Complained for the second time and same solution were given. No other solutions or courtesy extended. Basically we were told to deal with it. One of the lights in the living area was off so tried to turn it on. The whole apartment was tripped. Technician that came was very pleasant and accomodating. But front desk and room service is way below standard in dealing with problems. Breakfast was a hit or miss for me. Variety was a lot but taste mediocre.
