LikedClean room and bathroom breakfast was ok but not a 4 star.

DislikedLocation in reality was a little further out from the center of Rome than I thoight when booking.

It is a hotel of your choice if you don't have a car. There was a noisy party in the yard downstairs until 1 am. Wifi is extremely slow.

DislikedThe beds were not comfy, very old furniture( some broken). The shower and toilet were both faulty. Staff informed but didn't do much bout it.

Checked-in and air conditioning not working apparently the girl at the reception says it’s not available until summer time they should put that in our booking. Room is stuffy and hot. Staff are rude when I called her about it, didn’t even have the compassion to say sorry about misunderstanding. Instead she hanged up the phone while I’m still talking. Bed is comfortable. T.v. Station have no subtitle or no English Channel

Also, he charged us twice for city tax. In my opinion, it was one of the worst hotels I've ever seen, robbery in broad daylight and really bad quality that doesn't match the pictures inside at all.
