LikedGood staff , clean room , good space and the station is like 2 minutes walking from the hotel . And 10 minutes to the center but the train. There is a good turkey restaurant near the station and spar for groceries.

DislikedThe room was little noisy , like I know when home service is working in the room beside me. But not much noise.

The only two things that made us not consider this hotel again is the staff and city tax. We have been changing hotels during our stay in Amsterdam, and we realised that this hotel charged the highest city tax, which is 50% higher than the other. We have no idea how city tax is calculated and why it's different among hotels in the same city, but obviously the staff of this hotel showed us that they are not value for it. The checkin process was inefficient and took long - there's a long queue but only one staff is helping, while another one kept looking at the computer without help. When it's our turn, the staff showed us her poker face with no greeting or smile during the whole process. It sounds like we're begging for a free stay in their hotel.

We provided a feedback during our stay that the housekeeping could have been improved. Toilet floors were not cleaned well as we could still see pieces of shredded tissue and hair on the floor. A hangar was also found near the window and not placed in the cupboard. The table was not cleaned properly and cups were not washed. Overall, the hotel is clean and nice but our experience with housekeeping was disappointing.
