LikedThe staff were very friendly and helpful, a big thank you to Valentia and Antonio on the front desk, Ruby and Roma who looked after the breakfast and dinner service, both were always lovely and attenative.

DislikedA little far out from the main part of the city, and not really anything to do locally in Aurelia.

Dislikedit is normal IMHO for staff to make mistakes as there is no education in the field. Far east Asian countries in hotel business are almost perfect in hospitality.

DislikedThere's was no water in the building on the checkout day. We couldn't use the bathroom, take a shower etc.

LikedThe room was clean with everything you need. Very spacious and quiet. The hotel is quite modern. There's a lot of parking in front of the hotel. Although on the suburb of Rome, the hotel was easy to find.

DislikedThe breakfast was not in the range of a four star hotel. It could have been better. Everything else was excellent.
