LikedIt won't be memorable. For next week I won't remember for shure. I only highly the friendliness of the employees at breakfast

DislikedThe Black concept is cheap and vulgar and it has maintenance problems. Breakfast is very basic and not tasty…but it’s 10€, so ok The bed...OMG the mattress is bad! There is no blackout.

LikedThe staff were very friendly and helpful, a big thank you to Valentia and Antonio on the front desk, Ruby and Roma who looked after the breakfast and dinner service, both were always lovely and attenative.

DislikedA little far out from the main part of the city, and not really anything to do locally in Aurelia.

Dislikedit is normal IMHO for staff to make mistakes as there is no education in the field. Far east Asian countries in hotel business are almost perfect in hospitality.

DislikedThere's was no water in the building on the checkout day. We couldn't use the bathroom, take a shower etc.
