LikedBreakfast ok but poor quality bread and coffee machines dirty and small amounts of coffee only in each cup. Staff lovely. Pancakes good. Churros poor. Eggs good. Fruit good. Sauces good.

DislikedBetter bread please. Irish people like good bread. Larger cups also please.

LikedStarting from the reception that gave us exactly what we asked for to the location to the staff and pool area and cleaners that changed and cleaned the room every day.

LikedThe hotel is in a really lovely location, close to the beach. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were made daily which was lovely. The view from the balcony was nice overlooking the “garden” but you could also see the ocean which was a bonus for me. There’s a mini supermarket and some local shops as well as restaurants near by which comes really handy. Some of the staff were also really lovely and welcoming.

DislikedIm not one to complain however the food choices were very poor and mostly cold. I’ve been here a few years ago and enjoyed the choices and variations offered however this time round, There wasn’t much variation over the course of the 5nights that I stayed. The food was repetitive, very simple and bland. I tried the oriental place (which you had to pre-book) however again there wasn’t much choice. The main pool was out of order for maintenance, through out the duration of my stay. Also as an all inclusive package, a snack bar was advertised however there were no snacks on offer through out the day. The main snack bar was closed and the pool bar only served drinks.

LikedVery nice hotel, just at the airport. We opt for deluxe rooms (recommended), half-board, food good choice, quality ok. Fair prices for drinks. Very nice wellness (swimming pools, sauna), massages, made by Luna and Linda were superb. Arrangement for birthday of our mother was so nice! Staff very friendly. We can recommend this hotel!
