LikedThe location of the hotel is good, tram and bus stop is very close. There are lot of good restaurants and bars around. Staff was very nice and friendly. Room was clean and spacious.
DislikedThe matresses were not comfortable, need to be replaced.

LikedHad a big room with a king size comfortable bed. Big, bright and clean bathroom too. No noise issue as our room was on the 6th floor, plenty of light during the day through the big windows. Room has a small satellite tv with only sky news as an English channel - non-smart tv. There is a cool looking functional ceiling fan. Staff is very pleasant and speaks English. Cleaning staff cleaned our rooms everyday and changed the towels and linen too. Breakfast was very basic, nothing to talk about. Location is great with restaurants and shops all around. Tram station is 3 minutes walk away.
DislikedLift is very small and completely closed, a nightmare for people who are claustrophobic. On our first day the flush had issue, which was fixed on the next day. On our second day the lift was not working so we had to go up and down the 6 floors using stairs, got fixed later in the same day. On the third day we got muddy water in the bathroom which was solved within 6-8 hrs.
