Hotel Brivio

Likedwhat I liked was the availability of the receptionist and him agreeing to change (under a reasonable additional payment of course) the room that I booked at the beginning (which had neither a toilet nor a private bathroom, moreover I'm surprised that I failed to pay attention to that when booking... that's another question..). regarding cleaningness, the floor is super clean, also, the bed is well made (the sheets etc. are clean). oh, another good point, the price is good but the confort doesn't worth it for me at all

Disliked1. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room (dirt stains, some on the wall, the toilet). 2. when I entered the room there was a strong smell of cigarettes' smoke, at a time when I opened the desk drawer I saw a cigarette butt dyed/rubbed in the drawer, I was amazed/surprised in a very negative way, really disapointed. 3. the nuisance of certain neighbors in the middle of the night (discussion, music). another hotel guest asked them to be quiet, it's unbelievable. conclusion: I will never go back there

DislikedThe room had the vibe of a serial killers den. Very creepy.

LikedStaff were fantastic.

DislikedThe facilities weren't the best but I wasn't expecting it for the reasonably low price I paid. For a one night stop over in-between two flight you get what you pay for.

LikedThe location is very good, 2 minutes walk from metro station.

DislikedBut the room is not sound proven, too much noisy from the neighbour rooms and also outside the building.
