DislikedOn the first morning we were told that breakfast was included with our reservation. Then during the checkout they told us that its was not included and we had to pay for it. We would not have had the breakfast unless we were told it was included. I feel like we got scammed.

LikedThe staff, particularly Margarita was an awesome host. She helped me promptly with the suggestions to visit. Good interaction. The breakfast was good as well given I have a vegetarian meal requirement, they had many options for vegetarian and vegan preferences.

DislikedThe rooms were not so good for a 4-star hotel. I missed some essential amenities as a backpack traveller like slippers and, a brushing kit. The rooms were noisy, I could hear the construction outside and even the people talking in the corridor. Overall the room could be revamped for a better look and feel. It could be tagged more of a 3-star hotel as of the current condition.

The staff were friendly and it was a good price, comfortable bed, but the shower was difficult to use, there was no plug to make it a bath, the wifi was so slow I had to hotspot my mobile data for my virtual work meetings
