LikedThe hotel needs to provide breakfast. But you can have breakfast in the restaurant located in this building. We took continental breakfast, everything was delicious. There is a railway nearby, and if you sleep with the window open, it isn't quiet at night.

LikedThe size of our room was great for an exploring toddler (we had a suite). There was also a restaurant located just under the hotel that was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and there was a tram stop very close by. There is a Lidl a short walk down the street, too.

DislikedWe had requested a baby bed in advance and were sent a message that they had received our request and could fulfill it. When we arrived, there was no baby bed and no housekeeping staff around. The girl at the desk told us they would bring it in the morning which was of course ridiculous because where would our baby sleep that night? She ended up bringing the bed herself two hours later as there were no staff around to help her. She was also on the phone constantly and they seemed understaffed even for late in the evening. The beds were very uncomfortable with thin mattresses, and the pillows are huge and hard (great for side sleepers but awful for back or stomach sleepers). There were no extra linens, towels, or any other necessities one would usually find in a hotel room. While there is a shower, there is no shower curtain so water goes everywhere and without enough towels to clean up it can get quite messy. With the tram stop and a train track right next door, it can also be very noisy even with the windows closed. We were able to drown out the noise with a sound machine but if you don't have one of those be warned! The room had A/C units but no remotes to turn them on. Overall, we were quite disappointed with the hotel and the service received here and would likely not stay here again.
