DislikedSuper weird interior... I had a strong feeling that I was staying in some old lady’s home… It was also not brilliantly clean, no sleepers and no small bottles of shower gel or shampoo (only 2 same dispensers of green liquid (all in one soap I guess). Plus, it looks like I was given another room than the one I booked (but since I checked in pretty late and just for a couple of hours - I didn’t ask for exchange). Although, the girl on reception was pretty nice, but when I came in the morning to check out (being in a hurry for the train) > she was discussing some issues with other stuff and I had to interrupt them in order to pay attention to me. That’s not how the guests should be treated (they go first, then you can keep talking to your colleagues).

Liked15 min to the old city and 12 min to themain train station by a walk, the bus stop nearby. It's big clean room, with tea/coffee set and a kettle. The personnel is nice. The bed was comfy. Really tasty and fresh breakfasts and has a garden, which is nice during warm morning

DislikedI asked for 2 separate weeks in advance, and even though my request was approved, I got a double bed. The restaurant was in the other hotel on the opposite side of the road, it's so tiny and guests of 3 hotels breakfast there, the peak hour is at 8am, and it's really overcrowded, and only 2 poor girls work there, who tried their best to handle everything.

LikedGood breakfast but it was not clear how to use the appliances or where to find the things. There's a guy helping and showing people to the room and he's very nice.

DislikedAs in many hotels in KRK now, the key has to be picked up somewhere else. The room is quite small for it's price. The window couldn't be closed entirely but the heating was on so I didn't suffer for sleeping, just for hanging in the room.
