LikedVery welcoming staff and clean hotel.
DislikedIt was very hot, the AC was not available. If we open the window, it's very noisy. The staff provided us with a small AC, but it almost made nothing.

LikedHotel is close to the centre by public transportation, which makes it very comfortable. Also you have supermarkets, and little shops around in case you need to buy anything
DislikedHotel is not like in the pictures - We requested two separate beds, and we got one instead - When you enter the hotel, there is a bar/restaurant and everything stinks - Rooms are old and not very comfortable, furthermore, when you go to the shower, water does not work properly and if someone else in the hotel is showering at the same time as you, you may get either cold water or no water. - Hotel is right next to the train line, so during the night you hear it a lot, and it is intense noise

Overall, they provided us the service value for money. As a budget hotel, I will recommend. High light - location: tram station is in front of the hotel. You can go to the old city area along with the tram within 15 min or so. - Staffs are friendly and punctual - Price is much lower than the average of other city-centered hotels Low light - The cleanness of the room was ok but some lines looked worn and yellowed.

So i arrived at hotel at 10 am the check in was 2pm. While i requested the receptionist to please check me in as i was terribly tired, she told me to wait. While waiting a couple was checking out, the receptionist told them that they have to pay €100 fine for smoking inside room and €20 euro for breaking a glass. I couldn't help but hear the argument they had. The couple said we never smoked and we can pau for broken glass but €20, isnt that too much? The receptionist said sorry you have to pay its our policy. After a while another lady came and said its ok let them go. And they checked out. Now she called me and said the room is being cleaned and i can come at around 12 pm to check in. I said ok truly grateful thanks and left to take a tour of prague, the hotel is very far from central prague and when one can easily find a cheap nice accommodation in central prague i dont know why i booked this hotel which is 15 20mins by tram to pragues main attractions. When i returned at 1 pm and gave them an hour extra to prepare my room. Very interestingly, the receptionist said. Sir, your room is ready but you're check in time is 2pm and you want to check in early, so you have to pay €20 for checking in early. I was shocked, i said why didn't you tell me before i would've roamed around and returned at 2pm she said oh but thats our policy. So i waited another hour in lobby for 2pm to check in as i refused to pay €20 for 1 hour early check in. Sorry but wont recommend it. Too far, old rooms and beds, dead location. Greedy management
